Victor is the worship pastor at Remnant Church and has been in ministry for over 17 years. He has served as both a worship leader and as a youth worker in church and parachurch youth ministry.
Victor is the Radio Station Director at 95.3 FM The Edge Studios and is on staff at Imperial Valley Youth for Christ, where he runs a broadcasting internship for students, and is a promoter for concerts and shows featuring Christian recording artists and local musicians.
Victor is an LA Dodgers fan for life and lives to one day see the Raiders win their fourth Super Bowl championship.
Victor and his wife, Athena, have one daughter and live in Imperial, CA.
